For YouTube & TikTok creators

Your second fanbase lives in China.

SecondFans takes the videos you have already made onto Bilibili, Xiaohongshu and Douyin. We handle the accounts, the language, the compliance checks and the payments — you keep ownership of everything, and you pay nothing upfront.

Now onboarding: our first pilot cohort of creators. Small on purpose — every pilot channel is run by hand before anything is automated.

Your videos may already be in China. The income isn’t yours.

Popular overseas videos are routinely re-uploaded to Chinese platforms by third parties. The views are real — but the account, the audience and every yuan of revenue belong to whoever uploaded them. Meanwhile, opening accounts yourself runs into identity verification, language, platform rules and a payout system built around Chinese bank accounts.

The barrier is real

Account verification, content rules, brand-deal marketplaces and withdrawals are all designed for people inside China. Most overseas creators can’t clear them alone — which is exactly why this is a service, not a settings page.

Translation is not localization

Channels that simply mirror their foreign content into China tend to stall. What travels is adapted content: re-cut, re-titled, re-voiced, timed and framed for how Chinese audiences actually watch.

Your back catalog is inventory

If you have 50+ videos sitting on YouTube, you don’t need to produce anything new to start. Your archive is a library that a billion-user market has never officially seen.

What we do

One service, end to end: everything between “your video exists” and “USD lands in your account.”

Accounts in your name

We open and verify your accounts on China’s platforms, registered under your own identity. You own them from day one.

Localization, not just translation

AI pipeline for transcription, culturally adapted translation, voiceover and subtitles, re-edited formats, new covers and titles — every piece checked by a human before it ships.

Publishing & community

Scheduled releases, title testing, and a Chinese-speaking community presence in your comments — questions answered, highlights fed back to you.

Monetization

Platform revenue programs, tips and commerce links, plus brand deals through the official marketplaces — Douyin’s Xingtu, Xiaohongshu’s Pugongying and Bilibili’s Huahuo.

USD payouts, monthly

China income is collected, itemized line by line in an English dashboard and settled to you monthly in US dollars.

How it works

Nine steps from channel link to monthly payout. The full breakdown, with timelines, is on the How It Works page.

1

Scan & score

We measure how your content is already circulating in China and estimate what it could earn — this is your free China Potential Score.

2

Agreement

A written revenue-share contract: accounts and IP stay yours, share, currency and payout dates fixed in writing.

3

Accounts

Verified accounts opened in your name on the first two platforms.

4

Selection

We rank your back catalog by China fit and pick the first 20 videos to launch with.

5

Localization

Adapted translation, voiceover or subtitles, re-edits, new covers and titles — with human quality control.

6

Compliance review

Every video is screened against platform rules and Chinese advertising law before it can go live.

7

Publishing & community

Scheduled releases and Chinese-language comment engagement, run daily.

8

Monetization

Revenue programs switched on; brand deals pitched through the official marketplaces.

9

Settlement & reporting

Monthly English report and USD payout — every line of income traceable to its source.

Pricing: $0 upfront, a share of new China revenue only

No setup packages, no retainers. If your content earns nothing in China, we earn nothing.

Start here

Launch

  • Account setup and verification on 2 platforms
  • AI localization of your back catalog, human-checked
  • Publishing and comment-section operations
  • Monthly report in English, payout in USD

Grow

  • Everything in Launch, expanded to 3–4 platforms
  • Content planned for the Chinese market, not just adapted
  • Brand-deal brokerage and commerce links
  • Brand deals carry a separate 20% brokerage, agreed in advance

The principle: we only ever share in revenue we help create in China. Your existing income — YouTube ads, sponsors, anything outside China — is never touched, and never counted. Final terms are fixed in a written agreement before any work starts.

Built so you don’t have to trust us blindly

Handing your content and accounts to a team on the other side of the world is a trust decision. We structured the service so the structure itself protects you — full details on Ownership & Payouts.

1. A real contracting entity

You sign with ADFFY Limited, a Hong Kong company; operations run through our mainland China team. Governing law and dispute resolution are written into the agreement — no handshake deals.

2. Accounts in your name — always

Every Chinese account is registered under your identity. We operate under a written authorization that you can revoke at any time. We never register your channels under our company.

3. Every yuan on the record

An English dashboard shows each item of income with its platform source and reference. Monthly settlement in USD, with late-payment terms in the contract.

4. Payouts done properly

Cross-border payment and tax treatment are reviewed by licensed legal and tax professionals before the first contract is signed. No gray channels, no personal-account workarounds.

Who this is for

  • Creators with roughly 100k–2M followers on YouTube or TikTok
  • Visual-first content: science and experiments, fitness, food, music, visual comedy, tech, making and engineering
  • A back catalog of 50+ videos ready to work
  • No official Chinese accounts or China income yet

What we don’t take on

  • Politics and news commentary
  • Financial or investment advice
  • Medical or health claims
  • Religious, adult or gambling-related content

Where we are, honestly

SecondFans is new, and we’d rather show you that than hide it. We are currently onboarding a small pilot cohort, running every channel largely by hand while we prove the pipeline: scan, accounts, localization, publishing, first revenue, first payout.

That’s why you won’t find client logos or testimonials on this page — we don’t publish numbers we haven’t earned yet. When pilot creators receive their first payouts, we’ll publish the results here, with their permission.

Pilot creators get senior attention and Launch terms locked in writing. In exchange, we ask for patience and honest feedback while the system is young.

Questions creators ask us

How much does it cost to start?

Nothing upfront. We work on revenue share — 40% of net China revenue on Launch, 30% on Grow — and only on revenue generated in China. If nothing is earned, nothing is owed.

Who owns the Chinese accounts?

You do. Accounts are registered under your own identity and you can revoke our operating access at any time and keep the accounts and the audience. This is a deliberate difference from MCNs that register channels under their own company. Details: Ownership & Payouts.

How and when do I get paid?

Monthly, in US dollars, against an itemized English statement. Every income line is traceable to a platform source, and the payout date and late-payment terms are fixed in the written agreement before we start.

Do I need a Chinese bank account, a visa, or a trip to China?

No. Those requirements are precisely the barrier this service exists to remove. Account verification uses your passport and standard documentation; settlement to you is handled through the payout structure described on the Ownership & Payouts page.

What do you need from me?

Your channel link, the identity documents needed for platform verification, and a license to distribute your catalog in China under the agreement. You don’t need to film anything new for launch — we start from your back catalog.

Can I leave whenever I want?

Yes. The operating authorization is revocable, the accounts are yours, and exit terms — including what happens to published content and pending payouts — are spelled out in the agreement.

Why haven’t I heard of SecondFans?

Because we’re new. We’re onboarding a first pilot cohort now and publishing results only when they’re real. If you’d like to evaluate us, start with the free China Potential Score — it shows you our work on your own channel before you commit to anything.
